Each Reference Standard is expected to follow a Manual with implementation guidelines.
The administrative routines are mainly directed to the steps to be fulfilled aiming at the publication and monitoring of the Standards, given the project nature of their respective.
Dissemination strategies are created through Infranational Regulatory Entities and service providers.
There are communication strategies such as: disclosures, stakeholder engagement, participation and social accountability.

Each Standard will have the transpositions by the ERIs monitored periodically, according to its own criteria; through systems, reports, normative resolutions or other means.
Its indicators are the adherence and compliance with each Standard against the parameters and goals defined therein.
