ANA has a partnership with the National School of Public Administration (ENAP, acronym in Portuguese), which has the adequate structure to provide learning methodologies for public servants and employees.

Partnership with the Coordination center for training of people higher education degrees (CAPES) of the Minisntry of Education for the execution of stricto-sensu Post-graduate courses

Within the scope of international relations, the courses offered by ANA were the subject of international technical cooperation projects with the following entities: Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture – IICA; Technical Cooperation Project (Project 914BRZ2022) signed between UNESCO, ANA and ABC/MRE.

Learning Pathways
Curatorship of educational materials, with support from professionals who understand the various competencies and capacities related to water resources management. Based on this curation, the Learning Pathways are created, within a logical structure, also considering the need for them to be dynamic and flexible
("living pathways"), given the intense production of knowledge and the multiplicity of information today.

Financing mechanisms

Professional Master's Course in National Network in Water Resources Management and Regulation started in 2016, through ANA´s TED with CAPES, which transfers the resource to the institution responsible for the integration and coordination of the 14 universities. The project was amended on three occasions, ending on December 31, 2022. The total amount invested was R$ 6,558,874.31

Direct hiring by the World Bank of the "Trends & PG Law" consortium to carry out the "Evaluation of the Economic and Financial Capacity of Water and Sewage Service Providers" Course for two classes, with 60 vacancies each, totaling 120 vacancies offered and 60 approved students

Technical Cooperation Agreement between ANA and the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture – IICA aiming to establish the general bases necessary for fulfilling the following objectives: to contribute efficiently to the strengthening through online training activities; promotion of joint training activities in the DL modality; sharing platforms and applications for hosting and/or conducting online courses; development and/or improvement of teaching material, including its translation into Spanish and/or English, in the areas of common interest of both institutions; and exchange of information and scientific and academic publications.
